Batch ftp downloading/uploading 0kb

Specs: Windows 7, Quad Core i7, 12gb ram

I am having trouble with my batch script, what is confusing me is that it has worked fine before and has now stopped working with nothing changing on our side.

We run a number of ecommerce sites and I have a batch file that once run grabs all the orders (.ord) files from every site and puts them into one database making it easier for us to retrieve the orders at once instead of site at a time.

however recently on some of the orders they seem to be comming through as 0kb,

for example you have 77ORDER77.ord on one server the batch runs a command to download it to your pc from the ftp then straight after it says delete from the ftp. after this sequence and all the orders are downloaded it will then upload to another ftp server however for some reason the orders are comming through as 0kb, could this be our internet dropping during the files being uploaded or downloaded?

in the error log when it downloads it seems to have downloaded bytes however I cannot see where it is failing.

Lemme guess. You're hoping somebody here can troubleshoot it, having seen neither script nor errors.
