batch formating txt

Specs: Windows XP
Hi, im in great need of a batch script that goes through a text file
wich look like the folowing example
"d:\tg_imagepreparation.exe" start.exe a,b,c,d,e
and want to have it like the following
a
b
c
d
e

the input is a text file containing
for example d:\whatever.exe a,b,c,d,e
and the output file must look like
a
b
c
d
e
