xcopy /e /v /y E:\folder \\NTSERVER\folder
/e is to copy all of the subdirectories and their content
/v is to verify the copy it makes
/y is to go ahead and overwrite the remote copy of the file without asking
I usually will put the IP Address in place of NTSERVER. As far as I know you can use the destination's name, but I have never tried.
