PROBLEM: We will be changing the access point settings on our site. We would like to use a script that would add a new ssid, network ID, and connection settings to the wireless networks connection list in xp. We dont want to have to visit every machine and go through the process of manually adding the network to the list of preferred networks.
We would just like a script that adds the new network to this list ready for when we change the access point settings.
Anyone have any input on this or can provide such a script (bat file) using sample settings ?

search on web for "netsh wireless network" You will find some links on how to use netsh. One of them is - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/... Hopefully that might help.
