Batch File Tasklist Netstat problem

Specs: Windows Vista
Im trying to write up a batch to get the active connections (state,port,foreign address and proccess,state,pid,)
with netstat -ano>>net.txt
and then do tasklist>>task.txt
and then compare the output to see if any of the running tasks have the same PID number

netstat -ano>>net.txt
fc net.txt task.txt>>output.txt

but i want to see in the output.txt what image name (.exe) with PID and the active connection (State,Address..ect) associated with it if possiable..
maby some one who is a for command guru.
help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S im pretty much trying to emulate the netstat -b command because it wont work on my computer?..

I don't have a network but if you post the txt files maybe I can hammer out a script.

If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.
