Batch Convert DBF to Mysql daily

My DBF files are stored in folders that created and renamed with date. My question is how to read the DBF folder (because renamed as the date when dbf were created) and create a database in MySQL and take the dbf folder dated name as the name of the database and then convert the DBF files inside the DBF folder to the new created MySQL database. I'm kinda asking too much for this but greatly appreciate for any help. Thanks
