hey all, i dont know exactly how to word this but ill give it a try.

I am creating a batch file that will erase TIF's, cookies, etc. I have the basic code all typed up but there is just one more part that i need.

I need a code that will ask the user for a command like

'What do you want to erase first?' then the person puts 'Cookies' and it knows to delete the cookied folder contents.

is this possible?
PLEASE HELP!!
Thanks in Advance.

If you are running XP or Vista, use the "set" command with the "/p" parameter. If you are on an older machine, use the "choice" command.
