Specs: Windows XP

I WANT MY PC TO COPY ALL FILES AND FOLDERS FROM PENDRIVE TO DESIGNATED DIRECTORY ON PC, WITHOUT DISPLAYING ANYTHING ON SCREEN. IT MAY BE AUTOMATIC ON INSERTING PENDRIVE OR BY CLICKING THE PROGRAM. IS THERE A READY SOFTWARE AVAILABLE OR CAN I CREATE A BATCH FILE FOR THAT.

Yeah, just write a simple batch to copy from whatever drive to a designated place (C drive or so). Easiest is to put such a batch script on the drive itself, in that way you cannot run it while disconnected, and you always have the correct drive.

Automatic ... that question has been asked already (on this forum). Check autorun
