Apache 2.0-PHP 4.2 ISAPI-Win32 problems

I've just upgraded to Apache 2.0 and PHP 4.2 and have found that the traditional steps to installing PHP with Apache do not work. I've tried using apache2filter.dll, as described at http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.apache.php, but still no luck. Several google searches have turned up nothing to help me address this problem. Anyone have any advice?
