It would help if you are more clear, what exactly do you want to achieve? Opening certain data files/file extensions with a batch or a "cmd prompt here" style functionality ect.
What particular context menu do you intend to change all of them (impractical for third party applications) or just file objects or something else entirely.
With out knowing exactly what you want to modify it is hard to "give me[you] the exact string for .reg file"
