I am trying to write a program that will reset a particular user's password to 12345 (for use by admins for quick password resets). The system successfully changes the password, but I am wondering how to enable the flag in the Active Directory saying 'The user must change password on next login'. I am using Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and programming in Visual Basic 6 Enterprise.

Thanks!

Matt
