A .NET Debug problem

OS: Windows XP sp1
CPU/Ram: Inter P4 2.4g, 512MB RAM

When I try to enter the debug mode, the .Net program just stopped before the debug mode appear. It seems not my code's bug because enen when I wrote a Hello World Program(a c program), the debug mode still not appear.
Besides, there will have a vs7jit.exe which I have to close manually.

I am sorry my English is bad. If you understand what I said, please try to indicate the problem. Thank you.
