To begin with do you have a smart display or not. Then does it have an interface or not. You may want to look at 8080 and Z80 code examples.

I have only an ST -85 scientec tariner Kit Is it possible to display or blink an alphanumeric character (My name for example) in the addres field with out an seven segment interface. If possible give the program ..or plzz help me to program convert hexa decimal to ASCII .. an display it??

If you have a 7 seg display and no decoder/driver then you have to figure what seg make what letter.

r plzz help me to program convert hexa decimal to ASCII

There is no mathematical formula to convert hexadecimal to ASCII like there to convert to binary or decimal. You have to look at a lookup table like this:
