How can I recover deleted texts messages, phone
numbers, voice messages, and emails on my iPhone?

Hopefully your using iTunes, if so your iPhone will be backed up.
You now have to restore the backup to your phone.

This is done in iTunes.

I've done this and it restored all my texts, contacts, weather settings, the works.
