Hi, I have just purchased a Dexim iPhone Dock+IR Remote control for my new iPhone 3G from O2 in the UK. The iPhone charges OK but I get the message "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone "" because an invalid response was received from the device." My PC is a Vista Ultimate Dell XPS 420.
