Yahoo Intellisync Setup Problems

I am having problems setting up Yahoo! Intellisync on my PC. It downloads fine. But when I click on the "Application Settings" button in the "Settings and Configuration" pop up window, nothing happens. As a result, I can not configure anything to sync.

I also now have the same problem. Intellisync worked fine for me on win 98 SE but when I upgraded to XP Pro the app settings button became inoperative. Tryed uninstalling and downloading again. All to no avail. Installed same program download onto a win 98 machine and it worked fine!
All I can figure is that it is XP related at least in my case.

I just got a Palm Pilot for Christmas, a Palm M130 and I am having problems syncing with Yahoo!.
After I choose Sync in the Intellisync for Yahoo window, it says to press the button on your handheld. I do that and Intellisync says unable to process. Any suggestions? Is there a Proxy Server setting to worry about? Do you need to have Palm Desktop installed?
Also, do you know of a good place to download shareware software for the Palm?
