I bought and returned a Toshiba e310 because after I installed two games I purchased, the PDA would not sync with my desk top, and had the message...you have the wrong version of ActiceSync installed on your desktop... Days of tech support were unable to help. I cleaned and fixed my registry using third party software, and deleting any reference to the e310, ActiveSync, Toshiba, etc. Then I ordered a new e740. My question, what happens if I install the new ActiveSync software, and I get the same error message? Thanks for any help, Bob |
