Hi.

I was wondering whether any one out there knows how to make the Windows CE File Explorer on Windows CE 2 for the H/PC, display the files in the:
Small Icons mode
or
Details mode

rather than the Large Icons mode.

There must be a registry hack for it as it speeds up the browsing files process

Thanks all.

It should be under the VIEW menu. There is a bug though, in CE 2.0 that won't allow you to keep the DETAILS mode selected (it keeps reverting back to large icons). This is fixed in CE 2.11.

Another question -

On my CE device running 2.0, there's nothing resembling a file explorer. I can't find how to browse or open files. The only way to open files is to use the sync to the PC.

Please help. Nothing says how I'm supposed to view files.
