View Sonic V35 can't sync with pc

OS: Pocket pc 2002
CPU/Ram: 300mhz

I had recently purchanse a Infineon 64MB MMC Card and after i insert it to my pocket pc, the v35 could not syncronize with my pc. i wish to know any1 had ever experience this problem before. appreciate for solution . Thanks.
