I can sync my Clié T665c to my Win98se at home. But I can not sync it to my Win2K at work. I have the administrator rights. It seems to be a usb problem with TSR. Any suggest where to find ? I have Win2000 with sp3.

Try Sony support site. I'm assuming W2k recognized the USB port once you plugged it in. If that's the case and you loaded the driver and still experiencing problems, then you may need to get an updated driver. You may also want to try to get a new W2k USB driver for your motherboard as well if you are still havening syncing problems.
