I am using Revo Plus and used to synchronise with my PC (XP) via a serial connection using PsiWin 2.3. My new laptop has not got a serial port so I bought a USB to serial converter but still I cannot connect to my Palm. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have looked and the USB port is assigned COM4 and in the connection properties COM4 is enabled as are COM 1-3 just in case. Can anyone let me know if they managed to connect a Psion Palm to an USB port through a Serial converter!
Thanks

Some docking stations do not work properly with the Palm and USB sync cable. The alternative is to plug the USB directly to the laptop without the docking station or use the serial cable.
