Trans. data from Palm to PocketPC

After all these years, and a dying Palm I decided to upgrade and went with a Toshiba E335 Pocket PC. I have years worth of contacts plus my calendar. Is there an inexpensive way of transferring everything from the Palm to the Toshiba?
