Hello, I had the same problem about NT, and I couldn't find anything. I asked the system guys at work and they could not find anything. Also I made a connector from USB to Serial, it took me a long time to find the pieces but I didn't work. Now my problem is my XP computer does not detect my E330 and I need the drives, does anyone know where can I find them? Thanks
