toshiba e310, activeSync no work

I just installed ActiveSync for my PDA, and I can't get anything to work. it says that the device was not connected. The USB is active, and even the mobile Icon pops up on my computer. But when i try to run activeSync, it says that it isn't found. If you have had this problem before, or just know how to fix it, please help. Thank you

have you tried toshiba tech support? I've used them for a couple of problems with my e310 and they did a good job -- fast and helpful.

Load the e310 USB driver so that it gets recognized
