Syncing recordings to Outlook XP

In the past, I was able to make voice recordings on my iPAQ and then sync them into my PC-based Outlook program. The recordings would appear under the "notes" section in Outlook, and I could play them by clicking on them. But since upgrading my MS Office package to Windows XP, the recorded sound files do not transfer. Instead, under my list of synced "notes" on the PC, I just get dummy text files marked "Recording1", "Recording2", etc. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Any help appreciated!

Check for software updates for the iPAQ. Usually when you upgrade your software the sync manager (or what ever you want to call it) for any given program will need to be updated as well. Do a search on google if your not sure what to look for.
