I've just bought an IPAQ 3790. I can sync fine using the cradle but if I try syncing using the Bluetooth method - connecting to Active Sync 3.5 on the host pc it works the first time and then after that it dies. The computer can see the IPAQ via the Bluetooth software on the host pc - and vice versa - the IPAQ can see the host pc.
It just seems Active Synch is at fault somewhere. As soon as I disconnect I have to fully reconfigure everything.

Are you using versin 2.9.9.1? If you are go to belkin.com and download version 3.1. It syncs alot better but I had alot of trouble with the rest of the blue tooth functionality. Personally I think blue tooth is very poorly designed and I think it will be surpassed by 802.11. I ended up going back to the cradle.
