I have a Toshiba e335 with PocketPC 2002 and am using Active Sync 3.7. I am trying to synchronize my Outlook 2002 mail with said PocketPC. I initially tried to use the "Windows CE Inbox Transfer" under tools but that yielded a "Unable to connect to mobile device. This version of Windows CE Inbox Transfer will not function correctly with this device" error because appearently that feature doesn't work with the newer PocketPC 2002s (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=316421). I have set up ActiveSync to synchronize the inbox via "Options"-->clicking on the box next to inbox-->pressing OK. ActiveSync Procedes to Check for Changes and says that it's "Updating file heirarchy" when it gets to the "Inbox" entry and then says "Synchronized." The problems is that when I then look on my PocketPC in the inbox, there is nothing there. No messages were transfered. Does anyone know how to successfully synchronize the Outlook 2002 inbox with the inbox of the PocketPC 2002 using ActiveSync 3.7 as http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=316421 suggests? Anything you can tell me would be MUCH appreciated.
