I am using a Palm TX for a client and whenever I sync it the contact list on his palm syncs into outlook2003, but with out the categories he has created on his palm. Is there anyway to do this? The outlook hierarchy goes like this: Contacts - Outlook categories My contacts (palm contacts are here) We want to be like this: Contacts - -Palm category 1 -Palm category 2 etc. etc. anyone know?

make sure in the hot sync manager that the contacts are set to synchronize, not have one device override the other.

dont i want the palm to override the outlook? I want the contacts that are on the palm, not the contacts on outlook, to end up on outlook
