synchronizing email for handspring visor

I am have over 3000 email messages in my outlook. Is there a way to synchronize my handspring visor prism with my outlook and only load 1 or 2 days worth of email from my outlook without having to attempt to load all 3000 everytime I synchronize?

I recommend moving it to a different folder than your inbox. you can turn on other field that let you sort by date.
3k emails is much to much to have all in one folder esp an inbox you should archive some of that to a pst or another folder or something and bk that up to avoid corruption.
I just put a foder below my my inbox that says inbox_tmp i throw all mail there so it only sycns what i leave in my inbox.

I was just wondering where I can download my emails onto my handspring (black and white). I don't have a modem, but is there a way so that when I plug my handspring into the computer, the emails in my inbox go into my handspring. There must be, or why is there a mail option?

I've got an I Book running OS 9.1 and Handspring Visor.
Is it possible to download software to be able to synchronise my handheld with outlook - emails and all contacts in all subfolders?
I have the soft ware for MS Windows but dont have for the mac....
