Sync Palm with MS Works

I am trying to sync Microsoft Works contacts with my Palm Zire 31. I went in MS Works and I click on the sync with Palm button. It said successfully set up. I then went into the palm hotsync and I did a sync with the Palm, but none of my contacts showed up. I am using Works 8.5 on Vista.
