Sync iPaq w/ 2 Outlook calendars?

I'm using Outlook 2002. I have an iPaq. My boss wants my Calendar available -- that requires that it be on the server. If I put my Outlook calendar on the server, all of my personal stuff will be available to anyone. Is there anyway to only have my iPaq sync with the 2nd (not 1st) Outlook calendar it finds? That way my business stuff can be on the server, but all of my personal stuff stays separate?

Better idea is to simply publish your calender, and whatever content you wish to, restricting that content you do not wish to publish. Talk to your intranet specialist or ask in Office Software.
You can sync to two Outlook clients but its all the same.
Of course I could get into the ethical nature of mixing business and pleasure, but that is for another forum.

I agree that you should just mark your private appointments so that they won't show up. In PocketOutlook set the sensitivity to Private instead of Normal. By the way, you should check out PocketInformant, it works on top of Outlook and makes it much more useable.
