nope.

symbian is an OS all of it's own.

PocketPC is Microsoft OS all of it's own.


*if* you had the source code and say, "codewarrior" and the Symbian SDK you could re-compile your app - but it'd be painful, buggy and generally not worth doing, unless it's your job.
