Comment:

I've had a Sony Peg S300 that has synched flawlessly for 2 years with my Dell (Windows 98), but for the past month I've been getting the annoying message "Unable to initiate hotsync operation because the serial port is in use by another application." I've read all the posts for this problem for WinXp, but I have Windows 98. I've downloaded the new Palm software 4.0.1, but nothing I try works. Someone please help me!
