My wifes PDA seems to work fine except it won’t sync up. When my machine boots up I get a message to the effect “COM1 not available” no mater which USB port it’s plugged into. She uses it for medical info and drug usage / compatibility so she says she cannot reset as it’s a hassle and will cost $ to re download the needed info. I wonder if drivers are needed for my box or her PDA. Any help much appreciated. TYIA Vic.
