My palm pilot has frozen the last thing i did was down load a game from on line. and when i quit the game it went into a frozen state can any one help me asap. how do i do a hard boot soft boot etc..

The instructions are on the Sony site at http://ciscweb.sel.sony.com/scripts/web_access.cgi?FUNC=SOLUTION_DETAIL&SOL_ID=1670008908 -- choose serial or usb and you'll find links to the instructions for soft and hard reboot.

I had my T615C freeze as well, at one time. I just depressed the reset button on the back & was all set to go again! Didn't loose any installed internal software and/or saved files.

That's why I love my Clie. My old Palm IIIx would loose everything when I would "reset" when locked up.
