Hello! I'm new here.
I recently bought my sj33 (from Ebay) It worked great but it seemed that the battery was not holding a good charge. So, like a dummy, I ordered a replacement - changed out the battery -WITHOUT backing up my system files. (heck, I don't even have a memory stick yet) Right now all I get is as white screen and sound when I touch the screen. ANY and all suggestions are needed and appreciated! Thanks!

If you haven't already done so. Try resetting PDA in back, if that doesn't work go back to battery and verify connections are correct and check connection wires (they may be frayed or damaged).
Don't feel bad, I bought the same kind from ebay and my backlight doesn't work. I tried resetting it and Hotsynced it with my PC. But, it's not cooperating ... stubborn li'l thing. I'm not sure if it's a software or hardware prob. or how to fix it.

So, if any of you out there in cyberland has an answer I'm all ears.
