I just received a Sony Clie T615C handheld from my Boss but he could not find the CD ROM that came with it. Does anyone know how to get that CD so that I may Synchronize and use the thing?

Diamond, is it XP? I seem to remember there being a fix required for XP, something to do with the "SCSI" driver that actually drives the unit. There is a fix on Sony's web site. Go to the link below and then hit "Drivers and Updates". You will see it listed there.
