you must upgrade the PDA OS or get the current OS 4.01 on the 760C Clie

I have a 710c and I needed to update my palm desktop to be able to sync with XP. I don't have the newest Palm OS that is on the 760 either, so I know you can do this without the OS upgrade.

akiko, you are a lucky person. I have a n710c, i have downloaded that file and I still cannot get connected. Is there any other secrets you have? please email me if you do. Thanx
I also have a sony clie peg s300 and experienced the same problem what you need to do is go to the sony clie web-site and click support. from there you need to click on the downloads for the s300 and download the new version of palm desktop that should solve your problem
