But does anyone has the solutions for this please?

I have similar problem after using my 128MB SD for 2 weeks.

I have reinstall my iPaq3970 ROM, hard and soft reset it, but still no luck...

I have formated the SD on my desktop with FAT16 and FAT32, but still no luck...

Please, help.... thanks.

There are two things you need to fix this issue on the iPAQ 3970. One is the latest ROM (v2.10 released in January of this year) and the other is the SD Driver update.
The following addresses will take you to the respective updates on the HP web site.

If after applying BOTH fixes you still have problems then let me know.
