Replacing system fonts on PPC

AFAIK Frutiger is one of the fonts that come with the OS. However, I have a newer version of this font which supposedly supports Russian (it is definitely larger in size that the already-installed version). However, I don't seem to be able to replace the font in the \Windows\Fonts folder for the new version. If someone knows a solution I'd appreciate sharing.
Summary: Can you / how do you, Change the size of the system fonts on a PDA divice with Pocket PC 2002. I'd like to buy one but I am visuly imarped. If I can fiure out how to do this it's a sale! Thanks ...
