Replacement for Psion 5mx

I've been through a couple of Psions over the years, and the 5mx I have at the minute is still serving me faithfully. Given that there's only really one place I can send it off for repair, though, and I can hardly buy a new one, I wondered what people would recommend as a replacement nowadays.
What I NEED to have:
- A reasonably sized keyboard integral to the unit. - Some kind of word processing tool.

Buy another one! Our one fell apart and we claimed under our insurance and were told they were unavailable and fobbed off with a palm one with attachable keyboard - not what I really wanted. And guess what tonight I have found two suppliers who are still selling 5 MX machines - some new, some remanufactured with original brand new parts, so don't give up. Trouble is, I very much doubt if the insurance company will pay for a second machine as their representatives gave us the wrong details...
Summary: I don't seem to be able to connect the 5MX to my PC. There seems to be a link (hand held turns on when trying to connect), but no connection is formed. Can anyone assist?? ...
