I've been through a couple of Psions over the years, and the 5mx I have at the minute is still serving me faithfully. Given that there's only really one place I can send it off for repair, though, and I can hardly buy a new one, I wondered what people would recommend as a replacement nowadays.

What I NEED to have:

- A reasonably sized keyboard integral to the unit.
- Some kind of word processing tool.

Any suggestions?

Buy another one! Our one fell apart and we claimed under our insurance and were told they were unavailable and fobbed off with a palm one with attachable keyboard - not what I really wanted. And guess what tonight I have found two suppliers who are still selling 5 MX machines - some new, some remanufactured with original brand new parts, so don't give up. Trouble is, I very much doubt if the insurance company will pay for a second machine as their representatives gave us the wrong details...
