Not sure if this is a hardware or software problem but here goes: Suddenly my Palm Vx won't sync with my Outlook 2002 on my XP box. I get an error message on the Palm that it can't make a connection with the desktop. I've tried reinstalling the Palm software, tried another serial port, tried another hot sync cradle, uninstalling and reinstalling the serial ports through device manager, and I also ran a software app from simtel that's supposed to help troubleshoot serial ports. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Tia for any info. Gary
