PocketPC USB sync failure

OS: WinXP
CPU/Ram: AMD1400 / 1GB

For some reason my HP Jornada 520 reset to its original stage. Every installed software gone. That's OK I can redo. But then my PC can't recognize PPC if they connect via USB while it can via serial. I already set connection to USB mode but it just doesn't work like before.
Any helps would be appreciated.

-try disableing and re-enabling usb hub/controller
-reinstall m$sync

should work!

Try connecting with another USB-port, and be sure Microsoft active sync has USB-connection enabled.
