I bought a Sandisk Wifi card for my pocket pc. It seems to work, as it lists in the Ap Browser page that the connection has a 100% signal. On the status page both the link quality and strength are listed as zero. When I try to get online it trys, and then gives me a message that it cannot connect. Yet when I am linked with my pc it does connect independently. What do I need to do to make my wifi card work?

It is just like setting up a network card on the pc, except you need to tell PPC that the device either connects to "Work" or "The Internet".
