Buy a cheap dell axim for 200 or so and get an add-on 802.11b compact flash module all sold on dell's website.

... well, if you wanna spend 700$ then you could get the new Ipaq whihc has both blue tooth and WiFi. I am not that big a fan of blue tooth, but it is definetly one of the BEST PDAs out there... maybe it would be worth the money for you.
