My old and faithful Nino 300 has died on me - I'd rolled back to clock on my pc and then synched the nino by mistake - it then tried to download a years worth of mail and froze, refusing to shutdown. After multiple restarts removing the battery I gave up and I've run the power down on in completely, including the backup power, and have tried to setup it up as if new, but after setting the time and date I get a fatal application error with filesys.exe.
My feeling is that I've somehow filled the memory of the pda and it can't now operate - any ideas how I can do something like a factory reset and set it up again?
Would be hugely grateful for any help as I love my nino and don't want to bin a good bit of kit for a software problem.
thanks in advance
adam

Hi sorry to hear about your problem. I unfortunatly do not have any suggestions for you. I do however have a question. I have a nino 500 that I have not used in years and now I need to begin usingit again. My problem is the software it came with will not run on Win2000. Any suggestions??

I accidently did what you wish to do. I let the batteries in my Nino go dead, and the internal battery went dead. When I added fresh batteries, I had to set up the Nino again like it was brand new. So, if you pull the batteries long enough for the internal battery to go dead, it ought to work again.
WARNING: This will wipe ALL data and programs you have loaded off the Nino.
