Just my opinion but I like Palm. As far as ezzzz of use. Pocket PC is more like Windows so most users would probably find it easier to use for Docs, spread sheets, and email, I find it to slow. Thanks to all the wonderful programmers, there is a ton of apps for Palm, not much for Pocket PC. Good luck with your decision.
