Assuming that you are using a Windows CE device.
Just use the Active Sync program, making sure that conversion is enabled for downloading from your device.
Alternativly you can use the independant conversion application
both available from: http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/downloads

We can Accesses PDB file using VB with Appforge Addin. If you are using it for PalmOS. for mor Info cantact me on email with descreption of you problem.
