I have a user who us using an iPAQ h4100 on a Windows 2000 machine with Lotus Notes 6.5 and Easy Sync Pro 4.2.1. When she does a 'sync' everything goes except email and she then gets an error message on the iPAQ screen stating 'error Exception line 9' Has anyone ever heard of this before?
