My new Palm Zire crashed and doesn't respond to anything... Not any button (including the power button) or the sylus. I can't remove the battery since it's internal and it hasn't auto shut down. Do I have to wait for the battery to run down or do I flip it upside down and shake it like an etch-a-sketch? I really don't want to lose my info, so any help before the battery runs down would be nice...

Get a Paper-Clip, unfold it, turn it over, and poke it in the hole, you may need to hold it in....its called a "SoftReset" and it won't hurt your data :-)
